The first of a series of bistot-cafes is associated with a smart-working space for professionals, freelancers and startups in the Copernico universe.

It is powerful and flexible, reversible and customizable, expandable in space and time, producible in unique pieces or in series. Copernico café is a new language, it is a simple invention because it summarizes complexity and dynamics
