Inside a tower building of the early 1930s, the apartment is totally redistributed with the intention to concentrate the housing dimension on the tension between the most intimate dimension of the house and the most public which overlooks the city.
The large terrace thus becomes a large lawn planted faced by the living room and the kitchen.
